On Saturday, November 8th, scouts from all over southeastern Fairfax County collected food from neighborhood doorsteps and delivered the items to LCAC. Over the course of the morning and afternoon, the scouts collected 9,561 pounds to support our food pantry. These donations filled our entire outdoor storage pod, which we rent during the holidays to accommodate the increased volume of food donations. Southeastern Fairfax County troops have been supporting our pantry through this event for over a decade. Thank you, Scouts! Check out this video from the event!
