LORTON COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER
Homeless Mini-walk
Lorton Community Action Center recognizes that one of the community’s biggest concerns is preparing our youth for the future. While LCAC provides food, clothing and emergency assistance to the entire family, Lorton Community Resource Center (LCRC) provides programs for Lorton’s children and young people to keep them in school and prepare them for the future. LCRC provides a safe haven for area children and helps them to learn life skills. LCRC is dedicated to providing youth with quality after school and summer programs focused on education, recreation, and enrichment.

College Tour at George Mason University (GMU)LCRC is located at 9510 Richmond Highway in the Williamsburg Square Shopping Center. We are open Monday – Friday 12:30pm – 6:00pm. Click here for specific programs offered this month. You can help LCRC to provide our youth with quality after school and summer programming by donating needed items. All donations, big or small are greatly appreciated and will be put to good use in a variety of academic, recreational, and enrichment programs offered at LCRC. Since many of our children do not receive proper nutrition at home and LCRC has no kitchen facilities, we particularly need kitchen items.
